Default Something is wrong...turbo inlet pipe?(up again)

Ok last night I was driving on the freeway I go to pass someone when it felt like I had no power, no response.
The car would accelerate but with no real response. Pedal to the floor it felt like I had no boost.
As I pulled into my neighborhood I could hear a raspy noise coming from the engine bay.
I have a normal idle, normal start up, just no torque.
From first through fifth I have no real torque.

I got this clip from youtube its an exhaust clip but the raspiness is just like the sound thats coming out of the engine bay. Click
Hope I can get some help.

Sounds like you blow a hose on the ic piping.

I was thinking the same thing.
I have blown a hose of the IC before and it was similar but the sound came from the passenger side when that happened.
This time it sounds like its coming from the driver side.

Have you checked your diverter valve?

Even a torn dv would hold some boost

As far as DV goes its in good shape (007) the hoses to it seem fine I ran out of daylight so I couldn't really check them.
It runs well, just with really low boost if I drive conservatively you can hardly tell somethings wrong.
Onlywhen I go full throttle you'll hear the funny noise.
It seems that the car is starved of boost.

ok messed around and hooked up my boost gauge.
Im at -20 in vacuum durring idle but when I hit the gas I barely pass 4-5 psi in boost.
I also noticed that the DV wont go off when reving the engine.
I did hear it working while on the freeway, before my OP, Its just now that I got home I notice the lack of DV.
The DV is a forge 007 and all the lines seem fine.
Also unplugged MAF.. not the problem.[>:]

Check the manifold reference for the DV and perform the "pen-test" in this PDF:

Thanks for the pdf Ill try the test once I get back from work.
Mr. Wiggles is a great comic strip.

One more thing scanned the car with vag-com and no codes.
