Not bad. I would want something stiffer, but i dont think those have any flex left in them and may be a little rough.

Ok, so it's like getting a dieselgeek shifter without the short shift part...

They are the opposite sides of the shifter cables. It will help remove the slop from the shifting

They are on top of the tranny in the engine bay. They are between the intake box and the engine.
you wuold want something stiffer??? What bushings would be stiffer than brass ones?

I didnt know there were bushings other than the ones on the linkage above the tranny? do you know if these will these work for a 6-speed? I wasnt sure if there was a difference between the 5 and 6 bushings

Let me clearify. I want something stiffer than stock, not those. Those would be stiffer than im sure i would want. I would bet the 02J and 02M have different bushings. If you dont want to fill yours in, just wait and 034 will have more out soon but they will be well over $100

lol! 100 for bushings??? do they come with handjobs? I might run to speed source and see if i can get some made in brass for cheap otherwise i will make some i guess

i cant belive people will pay that kind of money for shift bushings...

Aluminum machined sounds like a good idea. Or the hard poly from a skateboard wheel.
