So on the way back from registering my new audi TT with the dmv, something falls off the back of a ****** truck and left about a quarter sized dent in the roof of the car. Almost identical to a hail dent about the size of a quarter. Anyone know how or how much this would cost to fix?

 

My guess is it will be close to 1000 with paint labor and materials. My Roommate runs a body shop so I here about it all the time.

Paintless dent removal?

I had hail damage to my old honda accord and they did PDR on the entire car. Came out looking great. If it is on the roof, or hood... that area should be flat enough to where this is an option. Saves a lot of money too. They just can perform this on curved parts of the car.

 

Yeah its located about 3" above my wind shield. How much do you think paintless dent removal would cost for one dent and a little touchup paint?

Should be an ideal spot for them to do paintless. I think you lucked out. I hope you did atleast.
