Default Smokes @ start up

I have a 2000 180 TT that smokes like a chimney when started up. Looks like how it "smokes" on COLD days....not smokes but you guys know what I mean. It happens in the mornings and/or when I park it for a while and start it up again. After it's warmed up, all is good so I'm not sure what the deal is. The exhaust time is no longer chrome. Oil is good (mobil 1 synthetic)...

Any advice

Are you burning oil? - Maybe you have a gasket leak somewhere and your car is burning oil or coolant? - What else is going on?

What color smoke, blue, white, black? Anything that was on a downpipe or the turbo itself like oil, WD-40, etc...? Where is the smoke comming from? Need more info please.

White.... Comes out like how it looks on a very cold day...

I did an oil change 1500 miles ago and it's still full. No leaks that I can see when I crawl under there and from above nothing also.

It comes out the exhaust? Have you checked your coolant, everything else runs fine?

it could be an oil leak into a seal on the exhaust most common fault is leaking rocker cover gasket on to the exhaust down pipe and being sucked into the exhaust hence the smoke

Mechanic buddy of mine said ALMOST the same thing...

I guess I have to find a certified tech in my area to take a closer look.
