There are a couple different ones out there that work. vht nightshades (which is made by Duplicolor) is most common I believe and then there is one by testors
I actually used a Brilliant Black made by Duplicolor (which is an Audi/VW color) in light even coats and it worked perfect. (did do lots of prep work first to get it to come out really smooth)

hmm
im just worried about screwing it up and having goofy looking lights
I actually want to design a technical kind of stencil
and put it on the lights before I tint them so my car has something unique that no other car does
but yea Im really worried about screwing it up and having horrible looking tail lights

You can get tint spray at any hobby shop. If you mess it up, some rubbing alky should remove it fast. Also a few good coats of clear should be done asap toprotect the tint and finish the job up
