Smoked a Gixxer.

RE: Smoked a Gixxer.
Hey guys, I'm new to the forum as I'm doing some research...considering buying a TT for a new daily driver. Seems like a great car with some good mod-ability.
Back to the subject. Good kill. Many people you encounter on bikes just can't ride them to their potential. I'm talking about full wide open throttle through every gear. I have a 94 supra that's my weekend car so I spend a lot of time on supraforums and see quite a few bike kills. There are plenty of cars capable of beeting 1000cc bikes, be it high hp vettes, vipers, and supras. It's not unheard of whatsoever, though you do need 800rwhp or more to do it with ease. In general, bikes are fast up to 120-140, but they are at a huge aerodynamic disadvantage compared to most sports cars. With that being said, you'll see most bikes starting to lose ground quickly at those speeds and higher.

About the Datsun Z... my buddy in MD has one. A 1978 280z, and he just threw a skyline RB25DET block into it. That thing hauls *** from what I hear. The engine is stock, and his car is keeping up with a brand new vette on the highway.
I can wait until he starts to throw a bigger turbo on that sum-bitch!

His screen name sounds familiar, but I don't know him. Supraforums is a great resource though. Tons of information about building high horsepower turbo cars. So much in fact that I was able to get the info I needed to piece together and install my own single turbo kit. I plan on getting a 225 TT in probably february and I assure you I'll do the same with that. I have to finish collecting parts for the fuel system on my supra so I can go beat some big bikes too lol. Does anybody make and sell a cast t3 manifold with an external wastegate runner for the TT's? I've seen the ebay stainless mani, but nothing else sold individually. Also, has anyone had success running a piggyback that converts the maf system to map, such as a map ecu? Sorry to get off topic.
