REVO dyno of 2.0T stock & chip
Here is a dyno of a 2.0T stock with 212 hp and 225 tq. Then 260 hp and 302 tq chipped. Think this is accurate for stock and chip?

I did notice that that was on 93 gas which Im sure adds a few ponies. We have 91 gas here so Im hoping to be close to that. And then a 3inch DP when they make one should add another 15 hp or so. Then I think that would be about max for that car to handle w/o constantly spinning tires.

isnt the stock hp listed at 200hp at the crank?
I would believe it more if they both were in whp #'s, i know they like to have higher numbers, but i dont buy crank numbers unless on a engine dyno. And we all know they didnt pull the motor to test sw.

200 hp is what is listed for stock but when I saw this site and had talked to another guy with the 2.0T TT who said his was dynod higher I was starting to wonder. The REVO dyno said (if you beleive everything you read) it was dynod stock and then chipped and the numbers were over the rated ones. So Im curious if the car really is 212 hp will the chip give me the full affect still (50 hp/80 tq) of will I only get to the 250 hp mark regardless of the starting numbers? Still all in all, if I can get 290 torque and 250 hp that will be a good quick car.

the 12hp could be a temp change and/or a psi or two difference from cars. I think with the FSI that 250 and 290 claims can be had since the fuel injection system is improved not to mention runs 10:1 compression. Add those in with 20-22psi and some timing and you should have really good numbers. You still have to take into account its still a ko3 and peak and overall powers are very differnt. You can have peak numbers for a few hundred rpms where as a larger turbo can have peak numbers for thousand(s) of rpms (pending on rev limit).
