Sounds pretty good. Did you sand them down with a high grit as well?

 

Didmy sidemarkers with 1000 grit, 2 coats Night Shades and three coats of clear. All he black accents makes the car mean looking.

 

I've been meaning to do the same, i've just been lazy. But yeah I have an all black/black car so I think blacking out the lights would look pretty rad. Post some pics when you're done.

what kind of clear coat are you using? post a pic of the stuff if u can....im gonna get that osir rear spolier add on too....looks great

 

Are you going to laugh if I say Krylon Clear Coat. I got it at Pep Boys. Worst case secenario the car starts to look like a rat rod, which is fine with me. I haven't seen a rockabilly TT yet. Thats still better than a ricer TT.

 

Don't mean to jack the thread... but how much downforce does that spoiler add-on give you? I saw another "wing" style spoiler on TTstuff.com

Man that looks sweet. How many coats of night shades is that? I think I remember you saying you were gonna do 2 but thats pretty dark
