ok so i got it all done finally.

the 5 1/4 speakers were right size since the magnets of a 6.5 are too big to fit in the stock hold for the magnet. also the darn speaker on the rear driver side had a whole prewire set for a disk changer, which menas they ran parrallel [:@]. that took a few minutes of figuring out withour doing any cutting of wires.

But i must say the germans sure know how to make our lives dificult [:'(]

If anybody needs to un-screw that latch deep socket pvt me. I know exactly what tool you need (its not a deep socket by the way) and its only $9.99 at harbor freight or any other store
