Did the 2003 TT Coupe come with a removable hard top? There are 4 little screws that make me think so, and if you look at the roof, it has a rubber seal like it would come off too.

 

As far as I know, It was a factory option, but not in the USA

 

They do, but you have to purchase it... but I really, really want a Carbon Fiber hard top. I think I would take out all my conv. crap, like pumps and what not.. and just make the CF top removable. How cool would that be. Just dont know where to get one, and if I had one made it would prob be like 7k or something.

The TT would be really light then!

 

I am pretty sure that is where the factory side rails mount up, ala the connections for the pieces that wouldmate to cross bars

 

So, the screws and rubber seal pretty much verify that it does have the removable hard top?
