I am having the same problem, check your coolant sensor to make sure you have a green one, then check for any vac leaks, and finally change your spark plugs. Also what mods do you have and what does your boost gauge look like? If you dont have a boost gauge then you need to get one.

Unplug the maf and if the problem goes away then you have a bad maf. Also check theignition coils.

take it to autozone and have them scan for codes. That will help define the problem

Studdering and flashing CEL is usually due to a misfire. Possibly coil pack or plug. Do as CincyTT suggests and take it to Autozone. If you have a misfire the code will be in there when they read it. Post back here the results and we'll go from there.
