www.ecstuning.com I think they have the best selections as far as BB kits for the TT.

ecs tuning has some brembo porsche upgrades, there is a stoptech also, i have the wilwood kit and it was probably the least expensive and made a huge improvemnet in the stop distance.

I've got the Brembo GT 323mm one-piece rotor kit that I picked up from TireRack. My install pics are here.

How to go fast in a 1.8T: http://forums.vwvortex.com/zerothread?id=2901711

PS. please get your axle fixed before you go ***** out with all your new toys. That alignment is a serious safety threat man, and you really shouldnt even be racing it. I would definitely make the car safe before you go blowing a whole bunch of money on toys.

I'm waiting for a axel to come along through ebay at a discounted price, the axel isn't a huge issue....its not horrible, enough to **** me off though... the car drives straight without me holding to the wheel.

If the car rides sideways (as you've said it does) it is a most serious issue, especially in anything less then prime dry conditions.

You will be waiting a long time to find such a part come through ebay. You need to be calling salvage yards to find a FWD TT thatgot totaled infront end hit.

I dont wanna see you getting hurt, or worse hurt someone else hot-rodding a car that is unsafe because your waiting for a deal. In what your talking about spending in the aftermarket you could have had it fixed at the stealership.

Just be careful.

how much lighter if any where the one peice rotor? My wilwoods have an aluminum hat that reduces rotatating mass by at least 8-10lbs on each wheel. Plus they cool the brakes way faster than a solid rotor.
