So the K04

would bring a stock 180TT to 225 hp?

Now with chip I shoudl be at 250/260hp

with exhaust/intake I should be at 275/280hp?

Does that sound about right?
with a ko4-2X exhaust and intake chipped should geta 180 to 240-250whp and close to 300ftlbs and since the 180's run 9.5:1 compresson will help give better (but minor) performance at same boost levels then a 225.

You must remember, I bought this car with the APR chip and Borla exhaust system already installed by the previous owner.

I'm correcting the clutch issue, and timing belt/water pump /starter this week...

I'm ordering the intake as soon as I find the very best one. Also looking at other mods to make sure the power i create doesn't cause other problems.

Hope that clarify's!

with the mods im adding, do i need to change my fuel pump? injectors?
Im gonna gonna rock the crap out of my motor mounts am i?
You won't need to worry about the injectors until you go to a larger turbo. The fuel pump is good beyond that. If you go to the **** you'll need to go with a 4bar Fuel Pressure regulator.

It might be a good idea to replace the bushings in the dogbone motor mount (it's the one on the bottom of the engine) at 60K mine were falling apart.

Also please take into consideration im here looking for advise, before I buy. So please feel free to suggest materials and products I might need. I'm still very new to this car and mod'ing cars....I know next to nothing....
I have a little extra cash...so im trying to get the proper mods....to make this car fast enough to compete with a coupe G35. ....I can currently run with a G35 4 door auto...but i'd like to beat it by a car length instead of by half a car....
Hope this makes sense! []

These are the same type of motor mounts i used on my Eclipse.
These are amazing mounts. even with all the power my Eclipse makes it holds that motor tight in place.

Take a look here for cheap/qualitypoly dogbone motor mounts (as well as other poly mounts):

I'm new to the Audi TT as well (mine's still in the shop, replacing some fried modules to pass DEQ), but I've been grabbing great deals when I come across them. I have a used BMC CDA intake, ****, an ECU chipped with an APR chip, 4bar FPR, and other accessories sitting in my house waiting for the TT. Most everything I got from a forum member online or Ebay... can't wait to get them in!!!

Look at my sig, and PM me if you have any questions, I know you have a 180 and I have a 225, but some of the basic mods will be the same. I can currently walk a G35 by about a car and a half. My Modshack stage III is going to be here before the end of the month so here comes 22psi! Whew I can wait! Mods when it starts getting warmer, FMIC and Blisten PSS9's. After thatgona work on my stoppers and a new downpipe for the 225. Those are my mods for this next year. Good luck.
