RE: Oil Catch Can for a 225?
When you decide, please take a picture and post it in this thread, as I will be doing this soon. Are you planning on doing it as cincy did, ie home depot filter and fittings, only ask because I wanted to make sure the hose diameters were same between 180 & 225.

Cool, I found the filter, HUSKY 1/4 In. Air Compressor Filter ,ModelHDA70400AV. I am then going to just use male to male threaded 1/4, and 1/2 fittings and wrap them with teflon tape, right? Only part I am not sure on, now thatI looked at the pictures cincy posted in the catch can thread is why I need extra hosing. Arent I just splitting into the hose and sticking this (in the right direction) inline? Or is there a hose coming into the bottom of the filter, or just just replacing the hose if its messed up?

my hose wouldnt allow me to just cut and slide a can in there. I just used a tiny bit of hose and then tossed the stupid reg (the filter should be good enough) and ran a 90* fitting in there.

Thanks for the clarification good sir. Just another thing I can do while waiting... I cant wait till the end of the week for my stupid ecu back, I know you have been waiting much longer for your car, but it sucks not being able to drive the car, riding my bicycle eats it, plus GIAC doesnt have any updates for it.

Yea, I picked up Husky filter at one of those Cummins Tools Truckload sales locally ($9.99).
Is the valvecover/PVC hose 1/2" ID ? So a 1/4" NPT to 1/2" fitting (2) should work along with a couple of stainless worm clamps?
