Default Next mod, need opinions plz

Ok so I figued out last night that my next mod is going to be one of the two, either Tcarbons fmic, or 42 draft designs downpipe. I am having a hard time deciding which way to go since the summer is comming up with the heat in Oklahoma its a killer. What are your guys opinions and thoughts. I understand that the FMIC dosent let you gain any hp but prevents you from losing. Thanks for the input...

My current mods are listed below, and im running 22psi.

dp= better overall gains but im sure you can get on made for far less then $600 and you wont have to install it since it will be made on your car.

fmic = more consistant performance + little more visual appeal

i vote for dp

what are you getting injectors for? If your not getting a bigger turbo or have a bad injector or 2 there is no reason to. Also what dp are you going with ebay or brand name?

I'm going to get a EBAY - Downpipe, I've reviewed the the actual design and its really not that much different from the " Brand name " DP's...not where im willing spend an extra $200. As for the injectors...It should help out a little bit ... but I am going to upgrade my turbo soon.....as for the spark plugs...they're cheap...and I canshould replace them anyways.

if your refiring to the ko3s you still dont need larger injectors. Your stock ones are still more than enough to flow it. Actually your injectors are larger than 02-04 passat/a4's running a ko3s. People like savwko (260whp on ko3s) have made it with just a 4bar to add more fuel. Please save your money.

Ok back to topic, thanks for you info, my questions is: What about the heat in the summer, running 22psi on stock intercoolers that run about 80% efficency is this going to hurt my performance if I go with the DP first? I cant have anyone make me a downpipe the place where I live there isnt anyone there with mandrel bending, ya it sucks. All they use is crush bending and they say it works just as good. Damm muscle heads...

I say wait on them both and get springs/struts.

You will get far more driving enjoyment out of that investment then either of the other options. I think its time to start thinking about putting the power on the asphalt before making more. You're getting into power levels that yourOEM suspension was never meant to take, so its time to balance the car again. It would also make those huge spindlyrims much more attractive.

Yea, I plan on getting both eventually but my question is what to get first? Im getting back the end of the summer and was planning on taking my TDA pay that im getting and buying the suspention, my question is that I want something that is good for the track but also comfortable for a daily driver. Was thinking of the PSS9's but they are pretty spendy, like what CincyTT was talking about with the V-maxx, but they dont have adjustable dampening, I just dont want to kick myself everyday that I get in my TT and bump down the road. I have rode in cars that have a adjusted suspention and i about broke my back, i did this on more than one occasion and i guess i am just a little gun shy...
