Fixed the problems! Removed the reflector, tinted the turn signals and marker lights, painted the housing.

It wasn't that hard, but I do have some advice to anyone going to deal with their headlights. DO NOT TRY TO POLISH THE INSIDE. There is some kind of coating on the inside of the headlight that made it look like crap when I tried to polish it. I spent over an hour polishing off the coating just to make it look normal again.
