Default New Turbo kit plz.. help!

Since I have to replace my K03s (leaking oil badly)... im thinking about new turbo kit (around $3000 - $4000). I found "KINETIC MOTORSPORT 1.8 Turbo hardware kit + Fueling kit" from vw vortex.

- Rotomaster 50Trim T3/T4 turbocharger
- 1.8T T3 turbo manifold
- 3" stainless steel O2 housing w/ heat wrap
- Stainless steel turbo heat shield
- 3" inlet pipe Kit with AFE re-useable air filter
- Oil feed / drain kits
- Coolant line relocation Kit
- TiAL 38mm wastegate
- Gaskets, Studs, Nuts, Clamps
- 4 x siemens 630 injectors
- walbro 255lph inline fuel pump with install kit

is that gonna work for my TT (bolt on?) ?
Do i have to replace other than that list ?
or is that better to go w/ GT2871R , GT3071R ?

Thanks,

I would go with the APR GT28RS kit personally. Oh and you will also have to flash your ECU and good idea to get a FPR 4 or 5 bar. You will also need to go with an exhaust setup, stock will just restrict the flow so your not getting the full potential from the turbo application.

I say go with.... The Kinetic kit, because that is what I have. It is getting installed right now and I am going with Unitronic BT software, after having APR software the past 2 years and not really liking it. This kit is a bolt on kit, you will need a turbo inlet pipe along with a charge pipe. Actually the pipe now comes with a TIP so thats good. You will need a FMIC, clutch, and exhaust like the others said. The reason I went with that kit is because it is much less expensive than APR's and it will bolt right up to a 42DD DP which I already had. If you want to know more ask me but also talk to Rippinralf(Clay) on VWvortex. Tell him I sent you, he can help you out with anything you need. Keep in mind that the APR if you go with the APR kit you still need a FMIC, exhaust, and clutch. APR does come with a DP.
Here is a link to Clay's website http://www.ctsturbo.com/index.php?p=home

EDIT: Everything in the Kinetic kit is top notch, I have pictures I will be uploading soon. Oh what DP do you have?

halchka99 on vwvortex has this kit and has dynoed it already. He made some really good numbers on 91oct at 22psi. It is a dynapack chassis dyno so the numbers are a little higher than what most other dynos would give you. Here are his results.

I have been told different that APR's kit does not include a FMIC.

Learn something new everyday. Will this kit work on the 225? If so and after seeing some dynos I might just pick this kit up today, wife gave the thumbs up on the price. Would I need to upgrade my injectors as well or does the kit use the stockers?

Unfortunately this kit will not work on a 225 quattro because of the way the DP is setup. I think that your best bet would be to go with a pagparts kit which I don't think is that much more expensive, but I do not know specific pricing on pagparts kits. Cincy will be able to tell you a lot more about the Pagparts stuff. As for the injector question, it all depends on what software you choose to go with. I am going to run siemens 630cc injectors because I am running Unitronic's BT-630cc file.
edit: I thought it would't work on 180Q but I guess it does, sorry 225 guys.

Yeah I have read several posts regarding Arnolds setups and was heavily leaning that way.

Man this blows....my 2k turbo dream has gone away!
