Default Need some help...

If any one can solve this problem. I will love you lol. Lemme give you the background of the situation then what happen.
I know my cars MAF (2000 Audi TT 1.8t Quattro ATC Engine) IS Faulty/shot. So I have had it unplugged for ~70-85miles. I've owned the car for a little over a month now and the only problem I have encountered was the MAF being shot. Heres what happens today before work...
Started the car at 5:35pm, let the car warm up for ~10 minutes, back out of the drive way just fine, begin the accelerate in 1st gear and I swear to god I should have been riding a bull. It started Bucking and Decelerating/acelerating and just doing I dont know wtf. I push in the clutch and sit in the road for a second. Rev it up to ~2000rpm to make sure engines ok + turbo. Sounds good. Goto take off and it does it again!!!
At this point im pissed/revved it upto 4 then dropped the clutch and now it hasnt done it since. W.T.F.? -_-

I talked to a VW/Audi specialist and he says the car Will do funny things when the MAF is unplugged/shot, but hes never heard of it doing that. I plugged back in the MAF for the heck of it just to ease my mind thinking Some readings is better then default map I spose. Only 1 code showing (P1114), fluids are full, plugs are ok, buying new Diverter Valve, timing belt/tensioner/water pump is brand new. Soo *shrug* These cars arent known for any type of engine electrical problems are they?

Any ideas on what could have happened?

P1114 is O2 sensor. Might want to replace that sensor and see what happens. I would keep the MAF pluged in but you need to order once ASAP. Good luck.

Actually I have found 2 things with this code. The O2 sensor behind the catalic converter and a coolant sensor. But I think they both might point to one thing:

"I forgot to mention that I was browsing the FAQ's for this specific forum and came across a site where you can enter your codes and it tells you the problem. Of course I did it and that site told me all three codes mean that the Bank 1 sensor 2 O2 sensor is bad."

I saw this on a VW site.

The Bentley book said O2 and a couple of forums said coolant sensor so I would check them both but start with the O2 sensor.
