ok well i just bought an audi tt from flow audi and it was used had 40,000 miles on 2004 well my car is starting to rattle a bit like when i am sitting in park im wondering is that the car having problems or just the engine shaking but is that ok i should mention this is an automatic 6-speed , when im at a stop light sitting in drive my car tends to shake and the steering wheel as wheel but as soon as i accel a bit its fine and shaking stops i need help i saved up to buy this i dont want it to go to wast

 

well it will have some vibration i guess. if you think it is bad take it to the dealer you got it from and have them look at it.
what is your rpm at idle and what accessories do you have on? (is it only doing it with the ac on or does it always do it?)

 

well when im at a stoplight and it is shaking with the ac on , but if i turn of the ac it shakes less what does this mean ?

 

oo an it idles above 5 but it shakes between 5 and 6 rpms is that akward ?

 

The a/c puts stress on the motor. This is normal. If you recently bought it, take it back to dealer. Sounds like you could use a simple tune up or some minor idle adjustment.

 

well im going to go to the flow dealer thats i bought it from like a 30 min drive but its w/e yeah hope fully there isnt any thing to major hope the noise goes away
