This might sound rice, but
Has anyone ever cut their shifter down to make it shorter? Me and a friend were talking and he suggested I do it... I have never really thought about it till now, maybe just take a half inch or so off? what you think, too rice?

get a new shift **** instead. My sparco made mine much shorter from the stock because it has a adapter fitting instead of threading on the stock shifter. I might take some pics tomarrow if i get bored to show the difference.

I snapped my shift lever off... thought this wasn't/shouldn't be possible -service manager at the dealertold me I drive too hard. i told the ol hag to go f**k herself. she only gave me a 10% discount on the $1k bill to fix.
