Happpy turkey day everyone. I have posted previously in the week, both here and on Audiforums.com, both threads apparently unseen. I think my first mistake with my 01' mark 1(TT225) is probably that it is my daily driver. Fella's and I suppose ladies too, is there some help i can get from maybe the climactic control center diagnostics computer or something? After changing out a knock sensor the other night, "The Curse" seems only capable of running at warp ten. Key the ignition and the engine tries to tach in upwards of about 4k and has to be shut down. This machine will not idle. The exhaust manifold gasket has been changed recently, but other than that nothing else has changed. The engine electrical components have 127000 miles, but the engine has 53k miles on it. I cant get it to an autoparts store to have the codes read. Has anyone experienced one of these trying to red-line as its keyed? I tried numerous times to get a team down here from engineering, but the transported won't work. Once again I am marooned. Jeff
