Many Questions (Please Dont Flame)
I have tried to do research on the TT but havnt came up with much luck on really explaining alot to me. I love the looks of the car but for me its more then that. I cant find much information on mods/high hp numbers/track times/ or anything of that sort. I was wondering if you people dont mind helping me in the correct direction. Like whats the highest HP tt? Whats the fastes TT? Is the car mod friendly? Does it respond well to mods? Which does it respond well too? How much can stock internals hold? Just all the basics.. Thank you

RE: Many Questions (Please Dont Flame)
If you look down a few posts to "best first mods" or somethign to that affect, theres some solid reccomendations in there. Other than the brand new ones, which Im unsure of, I think the TT's came in 180 hp or 220hp, same engine, just different intercooler, turbo, etc. These cars are pretty mod friendly from what Ive seen on this post and others, just to get an idea, you might check out APR's aftermarket line up. If you want to get more out of the car, people seem to chip/boost gaguge frist, new DV vavle unless they are getting a boost machine, new intakes, and new exhaust. Out of your choices out there, I woul ddefinitly go with Quattro, other than that, theres roadster or coupe. So if you want a ragtop, go for it. Other than that, Id really scroll through this forum and see what you can answer that way, or search the forums once you are logged in. If that fails, post some more questions or google it :-P

RE: Many Questions (Please Dont Flame)
I can tell you that I have a 225 TT, these cars respond very well to mods, however replacing parts if you dont do it right will cost you a pretty penny. As far as I am concerned it really isnt a 1/4 mile car, if you are going to use if for autocross then your talking. However I have raced it on the 1/4 mile track and it will hold its own. If you chip it with a intake, exhaust and intercooler then you can run about 300 crank hp (on the 225 model dunno about the 180) just do some searching on the forums and you will find everything that you are looking for. Good luck.
