I know I'm a noobie here but if I see this correctly... if I want to lower my car 1" I have to pay (new of course) around 1000.00 for springs installed? Is this right?

^ if you pay $1000.00 for springs installed, you got certainly got ripped off. 2-3 times.

it shouldn't be more than $300 for springs to be installed at a shop, and that's pushing it right there.

Well, if you include shocks and an allignment it's not bad of a price. Not to mention the camber kit that you need to buy as well.

Is there a difference betweent the springs in the AWD vs FWD vs 180 vs 225? Or are they all the same? This has me a bit confused. I just want to make sure I get the right springs before I drop the cash.

^ 180TT FWD is different from the quattro 180/225 variances.

180TTQ and 225TTQ both share the same suspension setup.

which leads me to... yes, the H&R springs im selling can work for both 180/225 TT Quattros

The parts are going to be the same from droping it < 1" as to > 1". Just get some vmaxx coilovers and you will be set. A drop of any amount will improve the handling of the car.
