Default Lost the radio today

Was replacing the hazard switch due to turn signals not working.
Turn signals work but now after radio is back in its dead.

Unpluged connectors and reseated several times, no lights , no safe mode nothing.

I do hear a whirring sound momentarily when plugging in bottom connector so it seems like power is good.

Fuses good, radio dead , did I kill it somehow?

its stock.

I checked the plug I have 12 volts on it.

Going to leave it disconnected for a while see what happens.

Don't know what I would have done, it worked prior to pulling switch because I took a CD out.

Anybody know if dealer charges for radio codes if I buy one 2nd hand?

Figured it out.

In prying it out, I accidently pulled the face plate off on the bottom a little. After pushing it back on hard and saying a prayer it works again.
Its a wonderful life.

Let that be a lesson, never remove the radio by prying with a screw driver on the bottom.
