I just got a spec stage II+ put in with a lightflywheel.
It doesnt seem much different to me for everyday driving, but you will hear some chatter from the flywheel if you get the light wieght one

I just put in a spec stage 2+ withthe lightenedaluminum flywheel. Chatter is pretty loud at idle and sometimes when you're slowing down in gear it will chatter. The clutch catches much sooner than it used to and I have to rev it a little higher in 1st. I love it though, it rips through gears much quicker, feels like it added horsepower. Which in a way it kind of did, seeing that it takes less power to turn the flywheel. As long as you have the radio on, it wont bother you. I've only had it on for a week now, so i'd say I wont even notice it in a couple more weeks. Go with he stage 2+ for the extra $40. I believe mine cost around $1080 shipped.

Yeah I want to do that, but I dont have a VAG-COM or lemmiwinks to do so. I've heard the dealer can do it also. Can I use lemmiwinks without the vag-com software? Where can I get it anyways?

you will see chatter with a lwfw. I have the fidanza lwfw, but don't have any chatter because my clutch disc was built with anti-chatter components.
