Becca - Why did you go this route rather than vmaxx coilovers? Is it the dampening adjustability of the Koni's?

Actually, I started off with just the springs, because I had a cracked left rear. I wasn't going to get shocks, I had planned to go with Vmaxx eventually.
When I got to the front springs, I noticed my struts were shot. So instead of undoing my work I ordered the Koni's, plus Vmaxx was still out of stock.
The dampening was just an additional bonus!

Beefy, I actually read a lot saying people have had problems aligning back into spec. I chose to do the work while my car was in the air.
Also, TTstuff claims: "K-MAC Rear Camber 1/2 Kit Perfect for cars lowered less then 1 1/8".
Gives me peace of mind knowing I won't have uneven wear, and that I didn't have to get my car aligned twice!

Beca... Cincy said that if you are dropping it less than an inch that you can align within spec. Hmmm... I'm gonna check out the TTStuff website.

The info i got was that upto a 1.25"the 1/2 was fine. Im under the impression that the .9" drop maybe slight enough to where you dont really need it to keep it in specs. Becca went with the do it once method so im not sure how needed it is for the hotchikis springs.

I ended up ordering the half KMAC kit this morning before I left for work. I figured it was only $150 shipped, and I'm guaranteed that I can align it.

Hell, I'm still riding w/ all stock suspension, and I can't get the car in alignment. K-Mac is badass.

Smart move beefy! I found it easier to install when I put grease on the tops of the bushings that sit in the lower inside control arm.
It's also easier if you do this first with the shocks still on... At least that's what I noticed when I was on the passenger side.

That stinks Matt!
