Depends on where you inject it. You do it further away from the tb and you get increased cooling and less knock resistance and vise versa. Most do a single injection about 10-12" from the tb or run a dual nozzle set up. But it wont hurt anything, just clean the cylinder (that is if you use the correct size nozzle, usrt has a chart for hp). There are plenty of write ups and graphs on vortex you can use for more research.

Well I currently don't have any knock and am not so worried about knock. will the addition of this modification create knock and placement reduces the effect of the knock?... or are you referring to the aleviation of existing knock?

I might be mistaken, but this is going off of Audiworld and my body shop. It seems I have a between build model or something that has a stock dual exhaust on the 180 Quattro. I'm not sure if someone was pulling my leg on AW, but its a factory exhaust / valence.
My VIN pulls up that my model has the dual exhaust on the 180TT. I just had some body work done due to a recent rear-ending. They ordered my exhaust by the vin, and what they got was a dual valence.
Someone over at AW mentioned that in 2001, they ran out of 180 turbos but had 225 exhausts only in stock. I'd love to have some more info if anyone can confirm or debunk it. I know i have a later build for the year, with the AWP and KO3s.
