SAMCO turrbo inlet hose (New) for $75

The samco hose will fit the turbo and both are for the 1.8T transverse engine.

how many miles on these parts?

 

The hose is brand new, I bought it thinking it would fit on the new turbo but i didnt. The turbo has about 40000 miles on it.

 

the samco hose fits the stock turbo but not the eliminator? thought they say that you don't have to change the turbo system around?

what color is the hose?

 

Yea they didnt tell the whole story, thats why I had bought the hose, thinking it would fit from what they said. But the turbo came with some extra hoses to reroute the intake a bit. It actually got rid of that restrictive metal piece that connects to the turbo and replaced it with a less restrictive rubber hose. But still a little too restrictive for a bigger turbo so now they have the 3 inch piping.

Im interested in the hose. Do you know, if it is the same one for the 225 / K04 turbo?

 

ill take the hose if you have not already sold it...is the sport k03 stock on the 180 hp tt?

 

I think this hose is for the 180 only, here is what I got from the site I bought it from;

Fits 99-03 Audi TT 180 - AWP, APP, AUQ, AUM, AWD, or AWW engine codes.

The K03 sport is the stock turbo for the newer TTs. I think a few years back they just had a K03 and thats whats also used on the 1.8T VW's. Quatro411 has asked for the hose but if he doesnt want it will still be up for grabs.

 

it wont fit the 225
