I too have a Quattro (2002 225HP) with the rear end movement. I notice it if roads are wet or otherwise slippery and I am off throttle or light throttle. It can be very unnerving. I changed from summer tires to winter tires and condition improved a lot, but not completely. I get the exact same jiggle if the snow tires are on ice (but don't get it on snow). I plan to upgrade summer tires to something with better wet traction and hope that will fix the problem.

My tt has almost none, when compared to other cars. I think it's a sign of worn shocks.
