Default ignition coil wires

Does anyone know if you can replace the ignition coil wires? Mine are old, dry and the connectors are worn from taking them off and on.

Not sure what you are talking about here. If you are talking about the harness, you can, they sell complete sets, however im not sure how much they are.

I was looking to get the section that runs to the coils that lays on top of the motor. I'm not sure if I can buy just that section or not. I don't want to change the whole harness or splice in new wires. I was hoping there would be a connector near that area and I could just change the coil wires.

I still have that stuttering problem at ~14lbs of boost. Code says it is a misfire, but I have changed coils and plugs. I'm thinking maybe the wiring going to the coils might be bad? The wires are pretty brittle from the heat and don't look to be in the best condition, plus some of the connectors have lost their locking tabs to hold them securely on the coils.

I would replace the plugs and make sure they are gapped correctly before changing stuff. You can get a new harness and just cut the wires as far back as needed and then solder in the new wires with connectors if you dont want to change the entire harness.

Yes, the coilpack harness can be replaced.... DIY instructions here with Part Numbers. The pricing is prolly outdated, but it will be in range.
