Do you have a boost gauge? If you do and things look normal, see my original response.

Yeah I do. I've taken off the intercooler hose to the TB and didnt notice any kind of buildup. Guess I'll take the whole thing off and use the TB cleaner, see if that does the trick.

I'd also check to see how much spring is left on the flapper. Like I said with mine, I'd force it open with my hand and let it snap back and I could hear it bounce a little bit. After that, make sure you do a throttle adaptation.

And how do I do that? Is that where I put my key in but dont turn it on, wait a little bit for it to do whatever it does and then turn it on?

Right. Get in your car, turn your key but don't start the ignition. It should be done in 30 seconds to 1 min, but I just wait 3 or so.

Why, what's the downside to cleaning your throttle body and doing a TB adaptation?

Ohh. Well, I guess in that case, I'll explain further. I had the part out of the car and in my hand in the process of cleaning it. When I manually moved the plate on the old one and released it, it bounced after I let go and let it snap shut, unlike the new one.
