Default I really need HELP!

sorry for my poor english first
so what happened: I was leaving my friend's house. got in the car crank it up, easily. check engine light remains on after cranking it up ( had it scaned and its a bad MAF sensor) but I pulled out and after 200ft at speed like 20mph sudenly loss power and engine shuts. I cannot crank it up anymore. All control lights OK, radio working, everything seems fine, but i cannot crank it up even if batery si working and the starter as well. I checked all fuses( nothing bad found) I can even hear a fuel pump when I turn the key.
Any ideas what happened?
thanks for every help

you might whant to check your fuel relay switch, and maf, to start with. i had the same probblem about 1 month ago. checked the ecu, it was slightly rusty, cleaned it, and replaced my fuel relay switch b/c it burned out, started right, hope this helps.

thank you for some ideas.
The brand new MAF should arrived on monday so I'll try this first. I also recently had my ECU flashed. So it should be rustand dirt free.just came to my mind.. how it would looked if the timing belt cracked? I went just like 20 mph..

If your timing belt broke, your going to need tons of work, either rebuild the stock one or buy a used engine. Check to see if it is intact and if it is, just unplug the maf and see how it runs.
