DV/CHIP, Sway Bars, Exhaust, Coilovers. My opinion, in that order.

Welcome
As far as mods go a chip will give you the best bang for your buck, with that you'll need a new DV.
- Boost gauge along with MBC
- Down pipe w/ exhaust
- Coilovers
Intake? I think you should read these last post on intakes for the car.
The FAQ is really helpfull too

Boost Gauge is the first thing to get, then if you wana save some money just go out and get a good filter (not a foam one) and put it on the end of you mass air flow housing. Then look into a DV. After that Chip, Downpipe,FMIC, etc...and of course clutch once you reach more torque.

Def. go with the chip first. It's what I did and it made the car feel how it should feel.

Chip, it all depends on who offers the closest support to where you live, they all give about the same gains and have the same kind of products. Just different in how you can change programs. I went with GIAC, some go with APR or REVO, either of these three and you should be good to go. For the DV, Forge makes great products, but there are others out there that work also.
