Homemade pressure tester
Hey guys, just thinking about putting together a pressure tester similar to something like this :

My dad has a compressor (hopefully regulated, not too sure) but I have the most newbiest question of all time.
Everything I read seems to suggest that the contraption gets hooked up by disconnecting the hose from the intake (air filter) and piping it though that, correct?
Just trying to visualize it without the engine infront of me

Read more on how to use it, and a different source for the parts, here:

I usually link Steves site for directions as well. You'll need to plug your crankcase vents or you'll be blasting air out of your oil cap. Before I deleted all that PCV crap I just stuck a screwdriver handle in the little pigtail looking hose just before that black 'hockey puck' to the right of the valve cover.
