So this is an odd new one...I went to the bar tonight after work to pick up some friends. It's ~25*F out atm so I had the seat warmers cranked and the heat on full blast, car was idleing and lights were on + Dome light. Everytime the fan kicked on I swear to god my car was gonna stall right out. The boost gauge would go from 20inHG to ~10inHG and the whole car would shake. I popped the hood and noticed something on the Passenger side of the motor on the block would sorta Recoil everytime the fan came on. I have Noooo clue what this part is but ill get a picture. Do any of you guys have this problem?

I think i'm gonna have my alternator checked out lol....Battery is a brand spankin new Redtop Optima so power from that Shouldn't be a problem.

 

def get the alternator tested. The only things i can think of attached to the block on the passenger side is the alternator, TB, and ac parts.
