i think you have to take off your light cover and paint them yourself, sorry bro. I havn't seen anything like that anywhere every one i know had to paint them. If you do find them like that then let me know.

Its really easy to get the light apart. Worst if it is that this mod takes a bit of time.
Once you get the light out, you throw it in the oven set on low (150° or so), set on a damp towel so you don't get hot spots where it contacts the pan. Once the assembly is warmed up, you should be able to pry the lens off. Same adhesive will hold it together again when you're done.

Whats even worse is that although usually a shop will do a pretty good job of blending paint, bumpers usually aren't blended, and may end up a slightly different shade simply because its a different base material. I can't get into the technical aspects of that w/o reading up on it again though.
