Default Forge 225TT TIP

Looking at the picture and looking at my car, they are completely different in fitment compared to the oem one. How am I supposed to get the Forge installed when none of the thing are in the right location?

I'd have to look at my car to see if it actually looks like that (maybe the piecture is upside down or maybe they just used a generic TIP picture)... but I have that TIP and it fits perfect.
Swapping them was a huge pain the ***... but not because of fitment, because the lower connection is completely out of sight and mild oxidation forms a seal around the couple that it connects to. Sucked putting it on, but im real glad I did.

That's the right one if you got ESP. The Forge and APR ones are the same price and both are re-inforced silicone but the APR one does come with the clamps. I myself have the Forge and I can't complain. Both are from good companies and I would not recommend one over the other really....same-o same-o.

The one pictured is correct. Also all of our TIPs come with clamps... where did you order yours from?

I had the same problem with fitment issues when I tried to do this mod last year. I have an early 2001 model without the ESP. I was not able to find a TIP that would fit and eventually gave up. You are correct, the fitment of the hose openings (for the Forge/Samco TIP atleast) are completely different than what is OEM on my car. TTstuff told me that some owners have been able to make modifications to allow the aftermarket TIPs to fit non-ESP cars but I didn't see how that could easily be done.

I'll get some pics up when it's light out in the morning. The n75 valve is on the wrong side. Theopening for the DV is far too small. Mine isn't the forge but it looks identical to the forge. I think the forge is one made bysamco.
