that is one of the first engine bay shot i have seen with the cover off...
What size piping did you drop down to at the turbo? I have a 2.5" inlet couple and it drops down to 1. something... would make it so you dont have to decrease pipe size.

I thought the 1.8 had to recirc air? (i know people run BOV's) is the ssqv one the the bov's that is somewhat ok to run?

YOu want to run 2-2.25" on the stock turbo. 2.5" is a little big but can be run with a minor pressure loss. You can run a ssqv on the 1.8t fine, same with the forge004.

cool beans. My parts are sellin like hot cakes so things are lookin good lol for a new car.
The pressure drop would be small though, no? .5-1psi... people drop that much and more for geting IC's to big for their setup. Thats crazy i was under the impression the tt almost HAD to recirc. Works for me lol.
