Default Fesh oil on turbo housing and cv shaft

i was putting in my exhaust yesterday and noticed there seems to be some fresh oil on the tubro intake houseing. Not dripping or making a puddle but it is. Is it possible that the turbo lines are leaking. i have a 180t fwd. How hard is it to fix, just tighten them? also can i use the dye to find the leak. Any idea on the shocks, struts. My ride is rough like im driving on a cobble stone road vibrates the hell out of me. Handles great but rough ride. I drove a new one and the diffrence is huge. Ball joints are good wheel bearings r good, its alignment is good and balacned all tires. I read that the struts and shocks in the go out fast. i think they are oem with 91k on them. I have found coil overs by a few companies for 750 to 2000 bucks.. Would it be ok for now to just go with some new struts and shocks and maybe some eiback springs.. dont need to be lower that bad but want a more comfortable ride.

dry it off and see if it comes back and if it does find the leak and sort it ASAP
