Fault codes (TT 225 01) and other...
Hello all AUDI fans.
Iam here new and need some advices. I should look it up in older topics, but you know... lack of time..
First problem is fault code P0103 ( MAF - I already know.... ) check engine light , came on recently after I put in my rechipped ECU. I didnot have such a problem before, even with Neuspeed P- FLO air intake installed. How can I check if the MAF is really bad and needs to be replaced.
Second fault code is P0411( which means bad or something wrong with VAF sensor) Any idea how to find it out?
Other minor problem is (as many of us already heard of it ) when I hard accelerate or just gentle overtake, the ABS and ESP lights come ON together, well, the lights dont bother me so much as the fact, that ABS and ESP dont work at all. Any idea what could be the problem? and how to solve it?
Thank you for help

Who did you get flashed by? What kind of TT do you have?
So you're saying your brakes, and traction control are not working?
Unplug the MAF and drive around. If the car performs better, then your maf is bad.
VAF.... Does this stand for Volume Air Flow? Can't help ya there.

My TT is 225 6spd 01
I was at Autozone to get it flashed.
Yes, When the two control lights (ESP and ABS) come ON, it stops working as well. When I turn the engine off and crank it up again. the lights usually dont come ONimmediatelly.
Yea, the VAC should be Volume air flow and it says HIGH Output...

By flashed I meant who re-chipped your ecu.
Flash = A tuning company goes thru the OBD port to install a program.
Chipped = A tuning company solders an actual chip with the desired program into your ecu.
Scanned/vaged = Looking for codes.
Just some common lingo around here.
