lol. If you have to get inspected, why would you buy a test pipe? You are going to need to fix atlease some of the problems. Theres stuff you pour into the gas the helps a lot too.

reason for catless DP is i got a dp with a cat, but the cat went bad (from 42dd) and i just cut it out. my old dp cracked in half...

i can easily fix 2 of the codes, all i need is that hose again from the charge pipe to intake.

o2 sensors ill have to look further into

 

So fix 'em or come down here and I'll pass you. What he's asking you to do is piggyback, the computer just needs a Audi ecu of a close or same year to pass just to read for any EVAP emissions leak.
