Exhaust Leak...GRRR
Been a few weeks now that Ive done all this work, and I just drive it to work and back and never really paid much attention, But I put it up on the rack at work doing a LOF, and driving out of the shop one of the guys at work mentioned to me I had an exhaust leak...I got down on ground and listened...Yep, I hear it....Now i have to search and find it. Somewhere in the DP....GRRRRR....

If I remember correctly you run a 42dd. Check the connection at the section between the flex and the curved pipe that connects to the turbo. I blew two gaskets there when it came loose on me in the past. I replaced the hardware while I was at it and haven't had a problem since.
The section can be reached by removing the strut bar and o2 sensor. Then you can reach it easily with hand tools. No need to remove the upper ic pipe. The hardware sent with the lit just wasn't staying tight.
