I use to have this manual where it shows you how to add a flame thrower and a smoke screen to your car. Shows you to make napalm also.. Just call me 007.

LOL.....you run a gas line to the end of your muffler and attach an injector with a spark plug, when you hit the switch......instant 30 foot flame thrower...I love that book

Back on topic:A euro plate definitly wouldn't fit on the a US style bumper but the euro bumpers can be found...Also I think it would be legal (at least where I live) to run a euro plate in the back, only thing is you would have to have a US plate in the rear exposed too e.g. rear window as well.

Euro bumper shaved (you can get the idea anyway)

That's a A3. But I was gonna do that to my front since I don't like front plates.
