Default Error Code 1128 Fuel running too lean

I just got my car back from the shop after massive repairs. I had a new tubro put on. Tons of hoses replaced and fpr, and such. And next day get an error code fuel running too lean 1128. What could this be, o2 sensor? Or would that throw a different code?

Any idling issues? Could be a vac leak. Usually that's what it is. What's your vac reading?

i have no idea, but the vacuum lines were replaced as well so hopefully they forgot to hook something up right and its their fault.

I've got the same damn code that I've been chasing for months. My vacuum is only at 6psi, so something must be up. Definitely in a limp mode...freakin' sucks.

Edit: 6 psi? lol. Didn't mean to say PSI for vacuum.

went to the mechanic and he said it was maf sensor, and i cleaned it and took off the battery connector to reset check engine light. The light came back on for the same error and then i cleaned it again and randomly it will only boost to 6 psi and then it will stay that way for a random amount of time and then ill hit the gas some point down the road maybe an hour maybe 20 mins and it boost all the way. What could it be? The CEL isnt on right now but still doing the boost to 6psi thing.
