Engine misfiring throwing codes
Hi, I got a bad misfire and a flashing check engine light. Codes are P0300, P0303 and P0304 pd. Which means general misfires and misfires detected on cylinders 3 & 4. Anyone know what would cause this? Coil?
Thanks in advance for all the good advice you all always offer!

RE: Engine misfiring throwing codes
swap coilpacks 3&4 with 1&2 and if the misfires continues in 3&4, its the plugs, if it moves with the packs, its the packs.
They go 1-2-3-4 from passenger-> drivers side

Just pull the cover off with a flathead or keys and then if you have the push downs, you just pull the tab and swap them. If you have the bolt downs, you will need a 5mm allen to get them off.

RE: Engine misfiring throwing codes
Just Vag-com scanned my 3.0L B6 tonight.
I got two codes.
P0300 -Random/Mutiple Cylinder Misfire Detected
P0305 -Cylinder 5 misfire
I just replaced spark plugs 2 weeks ago.
What causes this problem? Coil pack?
