Anyway, the last thing I would do is cut them, I thought they only did that on 90's Civics...
hahaha, that is exactly what I thought about when this convo started

If you cut them, your also effecting the structral aspects of the spring. It's a very bad idea.

don't cut them!
switch the fronts to the back! DUH!

nah, seriously now. Cutting is a bad idea, but what other option does he have? Buy different springs?
Might as well mess up these trying to get it right first, you never know if it works out.

That looks like a really low profile tire. What size are they? They are definitely giving you some extra space.

tire size is 225/40/18 all around. Well there is another option other than cutting. Buy those things that compress the springs. Like U-Brackets. I am getting alot of assurance from the ppl I've talked to and they all tell me cutting 1 coil will fix the drop issue and not affect performance.

@.clipse I have no choice but to cut the coil at the moment. Maybe you can advise me better when you see it 2morrow.

^ well you know if you cut the spring, that'll add more pre load to the shocks... especially on your stocks~

No one on here has told you that. Seemes like you've already made up your mind. If all you're looking for is appearance than it makes sense. It's foolish to install new performance springs and then cut them. You should have just cut your original springs.
