RE: ECS lightweight crank pulley kit
everything should be marked when you do it. Basically you will set the engine to TDC (top dead center) and then go from there. Timing will be the same as when you start. If you replace the one pulley, you really should replace them all, with lw not underdrive.

im replacing both pulleys.
I've done some mods to my 225 like the GIAC chip, the N75,APR inlet hosebut I haven't really seen any increase of power perhaps very little, what kind of mod should I make next?

Not definatelly sure if it's wort it, but if you gonna change the TB, you've got a good opportunity to change the pulleys. I got both pulleys from unorthodox racing, the weight between OEM and aftermarket is pretty huge.

The cheapest and a rather good combo is 42dd dp with a Blueflame catback. Its going to run you about $1200. But if you can find a shop to make you a dp and catback, your looking more at $500-800 for everything.

^Cincy is right, but make sure your shop does good work because if they suck, then your gonna pay for it later on. So make sure you do it right the first time. I was gonna go blueflame but my friend is selling me his borla tomorrow because he ordered the wrong one for his tt, i have the 225 and he has the 180 and its been like 4 months and its still in the box. Hes charging me $400 so im gonna go that route with the 42draft 3" dp.
