Default ECS Dogbone inserts...

So i just got these dogbone insert kit with stretch bolts...two long inserts..one round insert..a copper looking bushing and 4 bolts....now what lol

Seriously, there are more than a handful of places that will show you how to do it. You should try using the search function here an on vwvortex.

But basically you jack the car up, unbolt the old one, remove the long bolt in the middle holding the 2 inserts in (need a vise, large clamp, of park a car on the mount to undo it), swap the inserts, reinstall bolt (same as before), and then mount it back up. Should take all of 20mins to do it. The middle round mount you dont have to worry about
