Diode Mod, Boost Guage, and MBC Install

Any chance for the pics?
Hey,
Saw this, seems like a very interesting idea.... I was wondering if there was any chance for the OP to upload the pics (if he's still around and has any interest)? Or possibly create a .pdf of the whole thing... If he was to email me the pics, I'd certainly take the time to put it into a pdf...
Also I have a 2000 a4 1.8t - atw motor - will this work for this motor?
Thanks,
George

Sorry
Sorry Cincy to ask questions that Im sure you have had to answer a million times already.. Ive read This thread several times, and am just now getting around to it years later :-P. A) Being that the pics are lost I was hoping you could tell me the correct orientation of the diode to the two wires. I know if you put it in backwards you just unsolder and flip.. Id just like to do it right the first time :-P without guessing.
My car: 2001 TT quattro 180
Also, 2 quick confirmations...
B) The diode and MBC with no other mods a/f will be fine at 16 psi?
C) If you add 4bar fpr, and still only run 16psi...(as a safety precaution) will you run rich? I know you had said you can run a 4bar at any boost just fine (im assuming the ecu adapts and cuts back), but Ive read alot of conflicting posts about it running rich. I trust in what you say, I just want to confirm Im reading this all right.
Again sorry for newb questions...

b) My a/f was better than those with chips on a 2L @19psi resting at 12:1 while chips are running 13+:1 with a stock 3bar and slight increase in fuel via unisettings.
c) Absolutely no need for a 4bar. My car runs far better on a 3bar with no fuel added on a 1.8 and with fuel added on the 2L than it ever did with a 4bar. Both at 18-19psi

Ok, So heres what I got..
First I dont have a vag com :-( so im not expecting miracles...
Maybe just some pointers... Ill give as much info as I can..
I did the diode mod, installed TXS HPBC, TB alignment.
car is essentially stock..
My car spools to and holds 15 psi perfectly..
However It acts funny, It pulls normal/slightly better from low rpms up to aprox 3800 rmps then bogs down drastically from aprox 3800 to 4900/5100 rpms, then as if someone flips a switch it pulls super hard to red line.
in all fairness the car kinda did this pre mbc/diode its just amplified alot by the increased boost.
I can answer any questions best I can if more info is needed, also mbc is installed in place of n75 like cincy n75 still plugged in...
The car runs great with that exception, during cold start up sometimes chokes for a few second but the runs great. I just replaced my MAF and problem was present before hand as well... coils replaced 1ok miles ago plugs as well, with NGK pfr6q - 6458. Those plugs were installed due to needing them in a pinch dont know if they are recommended or not..
All the problems i have in my head, seem to raise an eyebrow as its pulls so well in the high rpms.
this problem is present in all gears, extremely present at WOT, also I only drove about 10miles or so after diode / mbc and I was driving it fairly hard, but there was a faint/moderate burning smell from engine bay when I parked it... made me nervous...
anything you guys/cincy can offer would be greatly appreciated!
also my traction light came on both times and stayed on solid till I cycled the key.
