I don't have the belly pan either, but I doubt I'll be replacing it. I dont even have the pieces that fit to the sides of the engine. Think it gets breezy under there...

trust me you can still mount it as long as you have the lower intercooler pipe....read the install instructions on the site....another reason i bought it was that i have gone through two of theoem plastic skid plates and they are TRASH last time it came off it at 120mph and took the passagner side plastic cover off(covers serp belt and such) and the kit comes with a new one yay....oil changes will take longer but i dont care as its still easier than the oem plastic one to take off...

Before you take you car to any mechanic, always take pictures of what you think will be removed (ie belly pan). That way when you get it back with missing bolts, fasterners, etc. you can make a stink.
The torx fasteners (and others for that matter) tend to "disappear" when your car comes back from the work...
